Inside Sales Representative


Description:

The Inside Sales Representative will work in the assigned territory in partnership with outside field representatives. The goal is to maintain and expand present client base and generate new business opportunities leading to increased revenues, and market share for ClickSafety.

Responsibilities:

Include developing and leading the strategy for all design and development activities; interface with key clients and industry icons to help form and anticipate market trends; provide daily leadership for product development team and activities; recruit and lead the correct technology and engineering professionals and ensure staff matrix will meet product development deliverables; ensure testing and product delivery timelines are met; serve as a member of the organization’s leadership team to help define and execute business goals and objectives and model all organizational values.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Management of present client base providing account maintenance
  • Up selling/cross selling present client base for full solutions
  • Reactivation of dormant accounts and new business development activities
  • Working territory in partnership with outside sales team
  • Various sales activities linked to revenue generation and marketing campaigns
  • Utilization and updating internal systems
  • Support sales efforts of outside sales team
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a corporate sales environment, preferably with a quota

Regional Sales Director – New England Territory


Description:

The Regional Sales Director will work in the assigned territory in partnership with Inside Sales Representatives. The goal is to maintain and expand present client base and generate new business opportunities leading to increased revenues, and market share for ClickSafety.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Gathering market and customer information.
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
  • Utilizing and recording sales and order information within a CRM application.
  • Qualifying and gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
  • Scheduling meetings and visiting potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers and/or C-level Managers.
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
  • Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
  • Creating and reviewing your own territory plan, sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

Requirements:

  • Five years of outside sales experience with demonstrated ability to build, manage and increase a territory sales pipeline.
  • Work independently and within a team and corporate environment.
  • Equally comfortable with all stages of the sales cycle to include cold calling, presenting solutions online and in person, negotiating pricing, and closing the deal.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
  • Familiarity with B2B and B2C sales strategies
  • Inbound and outbound customer calling experience
  • Prefer software sales and B2B experience
  • College degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, we are searching for a Customer Support Representative in our ClickSafety business unit. The Customer Support Representative will have responsibility for supporting the ClickSafety e-learning client base as a member of our Customer Support Team.

ClickSafety is a leading online safety management application designed for safety professionals. We provide web based learning and documentation solutions that help organizations execute training objectives. Over the past six years, our e-Learning solutions have been deployed to over 2,000 organizations worldwide. Our success is based on our employees, who share a common commitment to innovation and creativity and work together in a dynamic, rewarding environment. This position is located at our headquarters in Walnut Creek, California.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues in a technology-based, Windows environment.

Required Candidate Experience & Qualifications:

  • 2 years' experience in sales or customer support for web-based business or software application provider.
  • Adept at trouble shooting and diagnosing and communicating customer support issues
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Keen understanding of customer service
  • Strong Background working with Microsoft Office applications
  • Computer – Windows XP, Windows 7, Internet Explorer
  • Strong organizational skills
  • The ability to manage time and multi-task
  • 2 year college degree preferred
  • Experience with Saleforce.com preferred
