Brian Tonry
General Manager

Brian is responsible for all strategic and tactical aspects at ClickSafety, inclusive of sales, marketing, content, technology and finance. Previously, Brian was with Emporis GmbH, where he was the chief marketing officer, responsible for marketing and selling the world's largest database of global building and real estate information. Before joining Emporis, he held a variety of key leadership positions over a 12-year career with The McGraw-Hill Companies, most recently as vice president of Analytics/Research and International Business Development with McGraw-Hill Construction. Before joining McGraw-Hill, Tonry was with Dow Jones, where he was responsible for technology and facilities management.

Tonry received his master's degree in Business Administration from Villanova University and a bachelor's in Accounting from Mount Saint Mary's University.

Ron Bruce
Vice President, Content Operations

Ron is responsible for developing and implementing ClickSafety's web-based safety and health programs, including custom content productions. He has 35 years of experience in various aspects of construction management, with expertise in safety and health program development and consultation. Prior to ClickSafety, Ron served as Risk Manager for a heavy construction firm serving various large public agencies. Ron earned his B.S. in Physical Science and Education from Washington State University and M.S. in Safety from University of Southern California, and is a Certified Safety Professional.

Matt Bower
Vice President, Marketing & Sales Operations

Matt is responsible for developing, directing and executing marketing & operations initiatives, including branding, demand generation and CRM/marketing automation programs to achieve growth and revenue objectives for the ClickSafety. Matt has extensive construction industry & online education experience driving top line revenue and profitability through market share, sales & business development optimization, branding, ROI marketing and operational efficiencies. Prior to ClickSafety, Matt held senior Sales, Marketing & Operations positions with The McGraw-Hill Companies, Kaplan Professional and Reed Business Information.

Matt received his bachelors in Marketing & Communication Studies from the State University of New York at Oswego.

Matt Daniel
Vice President, Sales

Matt leads the field and inside sales teams and is responsible for strategic planning and tactical execution required to expand ClickSafety's sales revenue. Most recently, Matt served as Director, New Business Development for McGraw-Hill Construction, leading efforts in driving new business acquisition and business process improvements as a black belt on several Lean Six Sigma projects within the Contractors and Services sales channel. Previously, at McGraw-Hill Construction, Matt held National & Global accounts leadership positions.

Matt has a B.S. in Economics from Western Oregon University and an M.B.A. from ITESM (Tec de Monterrey EGADE).

Pete Rice
Director of Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Programs

Pete is responsible for developing and managing ClickSafety's industrial hygiene and environmental health programs. With 30 years of experience, he has monitored safety and health practices on hundreds of projects and has helped develop various Cal/OSHA standards. Prior to ClickSafety, Pete managed environmental, safety, and hygiene programs for a nationally-prominent engineering firm, working on the leading edge of web-based training and online risk management. Pete earned his B.S. in Environmental Health and Biology and M.S. in Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety from California State University, Northridge. He is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and Certified Safety Professional and teaches industry-related courses at both UC Berkeley and UC Davis.
