Blaine Tomimoto
President and Founder
Blaine is responsible for driving the company vision while overseeing product strategy and marketing. With 16 years of industry experience, including 10 with ClickSafety, he has managed more than 300 projects throughout Northern California. Prior to launching ClickSafety, Blaine worked 6 years as Project Manager and Safety Director for Pacific Erectors, Inc. Throughout his career, he has served on multiple construction safety committees, helping to ensure proper training and supervision of all workers. Blaine earned his B.S. in Construction Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
 
Tom Padden
Vice President, Sales
Tom is responsible for all sales functions at ClickSafety and also manages the company's strategic partnerships with insurance companies. He has more than 20 years experience in sales and business development, most recently overseeing account development and strategic alliances in the insurance industry. He also previously served as Senior Market Manager in National Sales for Duke Energy, as well as Sales Manager for another emerging energy company focused on deregulation and outsourcing of facility mechanical systems. Tom earned his B.A. in Political Science from University of California, Berkeley.
 
Ron Bruce
Vice President, Content Operations
Ron is responsible for developing and implementing ClickSafety's web-based safety and health programs, including custom content productions. He has 35 years of experience in various aspects of construction management, with expertise in safety and health program development and consultation. Prior to ClickSafety, Ron served as Risk Manager for a heavy construction firm serving various large public agencies. Ron earned his B.S. in Physical Science and Education from Washington State University and M.S. in Safety from University of Southern California, and is a Certified Safety Professional.
 
Pete Rice
Director of Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Programs
Pete is responsible for developing and managing ClickSafety's industrial hygiene and environmental health programs. With 30 years of experience, he has monitored safety and health practices on hundreds of projects and has helped develop various Cal/OSHA standards. Prior to ClickSafety, Pete managed environmental, safety, and hygiene programs for a nationally-prominent engineering firm, working on the leading edge of web-based training and online risk management. Pete earned his B.S. in Environmental Health and Biology and M.S. in Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety from California State University, Northridge. He is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and Certified Safety Professional and teaches industry-related courses at both UC Berkeley and UC Davis.
