Matt Daniel

General Manager of ClickSafety

Matt Daniel is responsible for ClickSafety’s strategic and tactical growth and possesses extensive general management experience leading technology companies. Previously, Matt served as Vice President of Sales at ClickSafety. Prior to joining ClickSafety, Matt  served as Vice President at Protivix Business Solutions, a boutique IT Consulting firm, where he helped build their Sales & Go to Market strategy as well as provide management consulting and delivery oversight to their enterprise clients. Matt Daniel has a B.S. in Economics from Western Oregon University and an M.B.A. from ITESM (Tec de Monterrey EGADE). He is fluent in Spanish.

Matt Bower

VP of Product & Content Development

Matt is responsible for product and content development including market research, defining customer needs, creating new products, services and custom content to better serve our customers. Matt has extensive construction industry & online education experience driving top line revenue and profitability through market share, sales & business development optimization, branding, ROI marketing and operational efficiencies. Prior to ClickSafety, Matt held senior Sales, Marketing & Operations positions with The McGraw-Hill Companies, Kaplan Professional and Reed Business Information. Matt received his bachelors in Marketing & Communication Studies from the State University of New York at Oswego.



Ron Bruce, CSP, MS, ARM

VP of Content

Ron is responsible for developing and implementing ClickSafety's web-based safety and health programs, including custom content productions. He has 35 years of experience in various aspects of construction management, with expertise in safety and health program development and consultation. Prior to ClickSafety, Ron served as Risk Manager for a heavy construction firm serving various large public agencies. Ron earned his B.S. in Physical Science and Education from Washington State University and M.S. in Safety from University of Southern California, and is a Certified Safety Professional.



Pete Rice, CSP, CIH, REHS

VP of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Programs

Pete is responsible for developing and managing ClickSafety's industrial hygiene and environmental health programs. With 30 years of experience, he has monitored safety and health practices on hundreds of projects and has helped develop various Cal/OSHA standards. Prior to ClickSafety, Pete managed environmental, safety, and hygiene programs for a nationally-prominent engineering firm, working on the leading edge of web-based training and online risk management. Pete earned his B.S. in Environmental Health and Biology and M.S. in Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety from California State University, Northridge. He is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and Certified Safety Professional and teaches industry-related courses at both UC Berkeley and UC Davis. Pete is an accredited OSHA Outreach Program Trainer for both the OSHA 10-Hour and OSHA 30-Hour courses

Pete authors and presents many industry-specific topics, including published articles in Construction Ink, ASSE Construction Spotlight. Pete also delivers weekly Toolbox Safety Talk videos and he has presented at regional and national safety events, including ASSE.



Paul Colangelo, STS, CHST, CET

National Director of Compliance Programs

Paul is responsible for the overall operations and performance for compliance programs support of clients and also interfaces with the content development team. He leads Compliance Programs product development, manages daily program operations and partners with sales personnel to enhance customer safety and compliance programs. Paul has over 14 years of experience as an accredited OSHA Outreach 10-Hour and 30-Hour Construction program trainer; he is also a Safety Trained Supervisor (STS), a Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) and a Certified Environmental, Safety and Health Trainer (CET).

Paul has over 20 years of experience in EH&S, as Safety Director, Manager and Consultant to Construction, Telecommunications, Utility and Renewable Energy sectors. He has created and delivered hundreds of Outreach and specialized training programs across the country. Paul authors and presents many industry specific topics, including published articles in Modern Contractor Magazine, Construction Ink, Construction Executive Magazine and Construction Business Owner magazine and has presented at regional and national events, including NECA and ASSE.
