Replacement Cards (ID Verification & Conditions Apply)
Have You Lost, Damaged or Worn Out Your DOL/OSHA Card? ClickSafety can get you an OSHA Replacement Card if you meet the ID verification and validation conditions below. Once your ID and current OSHA Card status has been approved, your OSHA Replacement Card will be submitted to OSHA/DOL and should arrive within 6-8 weeks.
You may be eligible to receive a valid DOL/OSHA Course Completion Replacement Card from ClickSafety if you meet ALL of the following conditions:
You completed your OSHA training OR received your original OSHA 10-Hour or OSHA 30-Hour Card from ClickSafety.com
You completed your OSHA 10-Hour or OSHA 30-Hour course Less Than 5 Years ago. If you've damaged or lost your OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Card and you've successfully passed a ClickSafety OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour course within the past 5 years, you qualify for one (1) OSHA Course Completion Replacement Card. You must order the Replacement Card BEFORE your 5-year anniversary date of course completion. OSHA will not re-issue a replacement card if you completed the course more than 5 years ago. You will have to re-take the OSHA 10-Hour or OSHA 30-Hour course to receive a new OSHA Card.
