| Job Description & Responsibilities |
| |
- Proactively make outbound sales calls to your region's named accounts.
- Conduct face-to-face and web-based sales presentations with potential clients.
- Rapidly respond to inbound sales inquiries from prospective and current clients.
- Create a territory plan and sales goals which also support the company's strategic vision.
- Manage your sales pipeline to ensure your region meets or exceeds its sales goals.
- Work within the company's sales process and embrace our methods and culture.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients via phone, webinars and emails.
- Ability to negotiate deals terms balancing price, term, and provided solutions which close the sale without sacrificing the company's bottom line.
- Ability to confidently ask for the sale and close the deal.
- Represent the ClickSafety at trade shows and events from time-to-time.

| Qualifications |
| |
- Prior construction industry outside sales experience of at least 5 years.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and increase sales pipeline.
- Work independently and within a team and corporate environment.
- Equally comfortable with all stages of the sale cycle to include cold calling, presenting solutions online and in person, negotiating pricing, and closing the deal.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Prior CRM experience required and Saleforce.com a plus.

Your primary areas of responsibility will be developing an integrated, comprehensive marketing strategy and executing that strategy through email campaigns, PPC placements, industry-targeted print advertising, press releases, PR events, and industry trade shows. You will be the steward of the company's brand through your ownership of our corporate website's look-and-feel and sales collateral. |

- Developing and implementing a dynamic annual marketing plan.
- Establishing quarterly benchmarking of goals and objectives.
- Responsible for planning, budgeting, executing and tracking all of the company's online marketing activities to include email, PPC, and banner campaigns.
- Responsible for developing and implementing lead generation campaigns to include trade shows, print advertisements in trade magazines, sponsorships, and sales collateral.
- Establish, implement, and manage the company's public relations efforts.

- Prior experience coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple mediums.
- Must be able to work independently and within a team environment.
