University |

ALAMO, Calif. - February 2,
2007
- Skanska USA Building is partnering with ClickSafety to
expand its educational offerings to include online
safety courses as part of its current Skanska University
curriculum.
ClickSafety is giving Skanska USA Building access to
over 180 courses, 13 of which are direct matches for
Skanska University instructor-led courses. For field and
office personnel, Skanska’s relationship with
ClickSafety gives employees the flexibility to choose
the most convenient way to fulfill training
requirements.
The ClickSafety courses range from OSHA 10-hour and
30-hour Construction Safety Requirements and Mold
Prevention to Ergonomics and Defensive Driving.
Jon Holtz, Corporate Director of Human Resources and
Dean of Skanska University said, “A major benefit of
ClickSafety is that it provides 24/7 access to safety
courses that are directly aligned with Skanska
University requirements and the needs of our employees.”
Engineering News-Record magazine recently ranked Skanska
USA as the sixth largest building contractor in the U.S.
The parent company, Skanska AB, is the number two
contractor in the world. Skanska USA Building has more
than 4,000 employees.
"Skanska USA Building found that ClickSafety already had
engaging, online safety courseware that matched up well
with its training needs. Now individual employees can
register for either instructor-led courses or online
courses to fulfill their training requirements," said
Scott McMillin, Vice President, Business Development,
ClickSafety.
Since its inception seven years ago, ClickSafety.com has
provided e-learning solutions to over 5,000
