Message from the President |

One of the most important aspects of
any construction project is SAFETY. Perini Building Company
is dedicated to protecting the safety and well being of our
employees and customers; all of whom are an integral part of
our project and organizational success.
Perini Building Company is firmly committed to providing our
employees with the best safety training available.
Accordingly, we have partnered with ClickSafety and have
developed a comprehensive program to keep our safety
training fresh and up-to date, and our employees
knowledgeable, skilled, and motivated.
We believe it is absolutely crucial that we promote a
culture of zero incidents and zero tolerance when it comes
to jobsite safety. I encourage each of you to keep up your
assigned training regimen and to pursue other training
specific to your own perceived needs.
While awards and recognition are nice, sending our employees
home safely to their families at the end of each work day
has lasting value.
