Information about individuals collected on ClickSafety.com is used to track and report safety training records. Access to individual safety training records is limited to the individual employee, employer, or industry association or risk management organization with whom the individual registered. By using this site and providing personal information, you agree to such disclosure by ClickSafety.com. If you have registered with ClickSafety.com utilizing a discounted fee of your employer, industry association or risk management organization, you hereby expressly consent to ClickSafety.com’s disclosure of your test results to such entity. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your test results have been received by the intended recipient.

ClickSafety.com may also collect personal information in connection with any online employment applications, or so that we can contact you, provide materials to you upon your request, register you, send relevant messages via e-mail or postal mail, or for any other purpose identified when personal information is collected. We may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current products and services or of potential new services that may be offered. You may contact us at support@clicksafety.com if you do not wish to receive these messages in which case we will remove your information from the appropriate list.

In addition, we request and collect biometric information including keyboard cadence and a voice imprint from individuals completing certain of our OSHA training courses for purposes of authenticating identity.
