Mine Safety and Health Training: New MSHA Courses Available

2 New MSHA Courses Available 

These Mining industry online safety courses are intended for those who work, or intend to work at a surface mine site, such as a mine for sand, gravel, or crushed stone.

Part 46 of Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) regulations requires that mine operators and/or independent contractors provide no less than 4 hours of training to new miners before they enter a mine site. This following new ClickSafety online course can be used towards meeting MSHA new miner training requirements:

MSHA requires that a miner must receive 8 hours of annual health and safety refresher training, as stated in Section 46.8, a minimum of every 12 months. This following new ClickSafety online course is designed to assist in meeting these training requirements, and is available for miners, supervisors, managers, mine operators, miners’ representatives, and subcontractors who require this annual refresher training as specified by MSHA:

Both courses provide IACET-accredited continuing education units (CEUs) upon successful completion!
