The BCSP CIT certificate exam is a 2-hour test consisting of 100 multiple choice questions designed to examine the candidate's applied knowledge and experience gained through professional practice. It is administered by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP).

For those who prefer a more immersive experience, we offer 2-day workshops (in-person or virtual) taught by experienced safety professionals.
1. SPAN™ CIT Live Workshop + Online Prep + Workbook – a three-day workshop that includes a workbook and 12-month access to our online prep. This workshop is taught by highly trained, safety professionals.
2. SPAN™ CIT Online Prep Course – this includes a one-year online subscription. It delivers essential knowledge required to earn your CIT certificate and is designed to help learners prepare at their own pace.
3. SPAN™ CIT Workbook – proven to reduce your study time by as much as 50%. The Certified Instructional Trainer study guide workbook covers the full spectrum of material that could possibly be tested and contains several self-evaluation exercises.

Workshops
Workshops are 8 hours each day, with a one-hour lunch and periodic breaks. You will receive your exact start time along with other details upon registration. Lodging, travel and meals are not included in workshop registration fee. Each participant is responsible for travel arrangements. Workshop cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee up to 30 days prior. No refunds will be made within 30 days of the workshop start date. ClickSafety reserves the right to cancel a workshop if the minimum number of registrants is not met. You will be notified by email if this occurs and have the option to receive a full refund or to move your registration to a different workshop.
