How long can I spend taking an OSHA course each day?
OSHA has regulations regarding how much time you can spend in your OSHA course which apply for both instructor-led classroom and online courses. You have a daily limit of 7.5 hours, after that course will time out and let you know that you have exceeded your daily limit. In total, you must spend at least 2 days in an OSHA 10-hour course and 4 days in an OSHA 30 course.
How long do I have to complete my OSHA course?
OSHA requires that an online OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 course be completed within six months from the day you start the course.
How many questions are in an OSHA course final exam?
The final exam for the online OSHA 30-Hour course has 100 questions and the online OSHA 10-Hour course has 40 questions.
What score do I need to pass an OSHA course?
OSHA courses only allow 3 attempts for all checkpoint exams, as well as the final exam. The final exam requires a minimum score of 70% to pass.
What’s included in my OSHA course?
Your OSHA course includes 6-months access to the online course from the day you start the course and a plastic OSHA card that you will be receiving upon successfully completing the course. A processing fee is added to your order to cover the cost of the OSHA plastic card, as well as shipping and handling. These OSHA cards are a more durable plastic design, ship faster, and have QR codes and watermarks to reduce the risk of fraud.
When will I receive my OSHA card?
As soon as you complete the Final Exam and submit the OSHA Course Evaluation, you will be able to print a course completion certificate directly from your computer. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of your OSHA plastic card. These physical cards are only provided for OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 courses. Please allow extra delivery time during Holidays and Tax season.
Can I get an OSHA card if I don’t live in the United States?
OSHA cards are only available for residents and citizens of the United States.The Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) is a Federal agency within the United States, which covers workers and employers in the 50 states and certain territories under federal authority. Those jurisdictions include the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Wake Island, Johnston Island, Panama Canal Zone, and the Outer Continental Shelf Lands as defined in the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act.

What happens once I register and purchase a course?
During your purchase, you’ll be asked to create a ClickSafety account if you do not already have one. Once your purchase is complete, you can log into your account using your username and password and start your course at any time.
What are the technical requirements needed to take a course?

How do I redeem a Training Access code?
A training access code is a ten-character code issued when a course is purchased for someone else and is intended to be redeemed by the person taking the course. No payment is necessary to redeem a voucher code. If you are redeeming for someone else, you must redeem it as them. To redeem, please log in or create an account.
How to use a mobile device to take ClickSafety courses?

Do you offer Continuing Education Credits (CEUs)?

Do you accept international orders?
Per OSHA restrictions we are only permitted to sell courses within the limits of OSHA's U.S. jurisdiction. Therefore, a U.S. based mailing and billing address must be provided for purchases directly through the website. For International companies operating in the U.S., please call us at 1.800.971.1080 to speak with a sales representative. A U.S. address must still be provided, but they can help you set up a business account to purchase courses.
