Hazardous Chemicals in Laboratories Awareness for General Industry
The NY Right-to-Know Awareness course from ClickSafety establishes the knowledge that all employees have the right to know about hazardous chemicals one may come into contact with in the workplace. The New York State Right-to-Know (RTK) laws follow’s both OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) regulatory requirements, as employers are required to identify and inventory any hazardous chemicals in the workplace, as well as share the information and location of the written HazCom program and Safety Data Sheets (SDSs).
