Who needs OSHA 10-Hour Road Construction safety training?
This 10-hour, OSHA Outreach course is designed for construction professionals working on road construction sites to perform road maintenance activities. These individuals include:
Road builders
Construction crews working on road or highway construction
Maintenance crews and personnel
Workers on publicly funded projects and infrastructure jobs of varying amounts in the following states:
Connecticut (Note: These professionals must re-certify every five years.)
Massachusetts
Missouri
Nevada
New Hampshire

Rhode Island
This construction training course is not intended for general construction or general industry workers. Construction workers employed or seeking employment in New York City should register for the following courses per New York City Department of Buildings (NYC DOB) LL196 online course proctoring requirements.

Does this course fulfill the requirements for obtaining the OSHA 10-Hour Road Construction certification?
Upon completion of this course, you will be prepared to identify and address common road construction safety hazards and follow OSHA safety standards while on the job. Additionally, successful participants will receive a DOL/OSHA 10-Hour Card.
Per OSHA regulations, course participants must receive a minimum score of 70% or higher on the final exam, and the course must be completed within six months of the user’s start date. You will have three opportunities to pass the final exam, and any wrong answers will prompt immediate feedback to help improve your score.
We also make acquiring your DOL/OSHA 10-Hour Card effortless. Once you pass the course, we submit records and all successful completions to the DOL and OSHA. We will receive and sign your 10-Hour Card, then mail it directly to you. Most cards are received within two weeks of successful completion of the course.
