FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When will I receive my OSHA card?
After passing the course and completing the OSHA required evaluation, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of your OSHA plastic card. In the interim, print your course completion certificate. Cards are only provided for OSHA 10 and 30.
How do I open a business account?
A business account allows you and other administrators to easily set up user accounts, assign courses, track user progress and access training completion certificates. It also allows for volume discounts on courses. To learn more, contact us at [email protected].
How can I look up my certificate of completion?
You can use our Certificate Lookup page to verify a certificate of course completion obtained thru ClickSafety at anytime. You'll need a certificate serial identification number, as well as the user's first name and last name.
How do I redeem a Training Access code?
A ten-character training access code issued when a course is purchased for someone else. It must be redeemed by the person taking the course. No payment is necessary. If you are redeeming for someone else, you must redeem it as them. To redeem a voucher code, please log in or create an account.
I lost my OSHA card. How do I order a replacement?
If you lost or misplaced your OSHA card, or one was never delivered to you or your company, you can order a replacement card. The replacement fee is $99. Conditions apply, visit our Replacement Card page for more information.
Do you accept international orders?
Per OSHA restrictions we are only permitted to sell courses within the U.S. jurisdiction. Therefore, a U.S. based mailing and billing address must be provided for purchases directly through the website. For international orders please contact us below.
