Most job site fatalities are the result of four common hazards identified by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) as the Focus Four. By taking OSHA Focus Four Hazard Awareness for Construction, workers, supervisors, and managers learn how to identify and prevent these hazards, including electrical hazards, fall hazards, struck-by, and caught-in or –between dangers to minimize the risk of serious injury or death in the workplace.
